If you’re moving up to secondary school you might be nervous or excited (probably a bit of both).
We know that the transition can be difficult, especially for Young Carers. You might worry about who you’ll be able to talk to about your caring role, how you’ll manage your new route to school, or how you’ll be able to keep up with homework or coursework.
